What’s the best way to build self-confidence?

I think self-confidence is built.
Slowly.
Quietly.
One small step at a time.
Not by becoming fearless.
But by doing things even when you doubt yourself.
For me, confidence came through practice.
Trying again.
Doing practical things over and over until they became muscle memory.
And learning that mistakes do not mean failure.
They mean learning.
But confidence can also be fragile.
Especially when life, criticism, or old experiences have planted doubts in your mind.
Sometimes the hardest voice to silence is your own.
I know because I can be very hard on myself too.
A perfectionist.
My own worst critic.
So maybe building self-confidence is not about suddenly believing you are amazing every day.
Maybe it is learning to stop being at war with yourself.
To speak a little kinder.
To breathe through the doubts.
And remind yourself:
You have survived hard things before.
You can trust yourself more than you think.
With love
