I opened the biscuit tin hidden in the kitchen vault—

only to discover…

someone had beaten me to it. 🍪

I immediately tried to vindicate myself.

“It wasn’t me,” I announced dramatically, crumbs still mysteriously attached to my shirt.

The cat looked at me with a particularly vicious expression.

Judgement was swift.

Apparently…

the snack thief had already been identified.

And no—

it wasn’t the cat.
