Sow

Sow.
Such a quiet word.
To sow
is to trust
what cannot yet
be seen.
A seed
pressed gently
into waiting soil.
Faith disguised
as patience.
We sow
effort.
Kindness.
Dreams.
Healing.
Sometimes
without proof
that anything
will grow at all.
And yet—
life has a way
of returning
what was planted,
often in seasons
we least expect.
Perhaps becoming
is simply this:
learning to sow
hope anyway,
even after storms
have taught us
how fragile
gardens can be.

With love
