How would I define these words? (Entirely incorrectly 😇)
1 Biblioklept:
Someone who “borrows” books and accidentally keeps them forever.
2. Acnestis:
That impossible-to-reach itch right in the middle of your back that turns you into a contortionist.
3. Wrest pin:
A tiny object that disappears exactly when you need it.
4. Agelast:
The one person in the room who doesn’t laugh at the joke… and somehow makes everyone nervous.
5. Peristeronic:
The dramatic energy pigeons carry when strutting like they own the pavement.
6. Limerence:
That ridiculous feeling when you check your phone ten times hoping for one message.
7. Sonder:
The strange moment you realise everyone else has a full life going on too.
8. Vellichor:
The cosy smell of old books whispering forgotten secrets.
9. Petrichor:
The earth taking a deep breath after the rain.
10. Lugubrious:
Looking dramatically sad for absolutely no reason… preferably near a rainy window.
