Row.

A small word that carries more than one meaning.

A row of houses.
A row of flowers.
A row of memories
lined up quietly inside the years.

But also—
a row as conflict.

Sharp words thrown across rooms.Silences stretched like storms between people who once understood each other easily.

And then there is the other kind of row.

The one where hands grip oars and keep moving through uncertain water.

Steady.
Rhythmic.
Determined.

Perhaps life is all three versions at once.

The things we build.
The things we survive.
And the strength it takes to keep rowing even when the shore cannot yet be seen.
