TRIPOD
A tripod stands steady because it understands balance.
Three points holding weight so something fragile does not fall.
Maybe people need that too.
Not perfection— just support from more than one place.
A hand to hold.
A reason to stay. A quiet hope waiting in the dark.
Even cameras cannot focus properly while shaking.
Neither can hearts.
There are seasons when life feels blurred, unsteady, tilting beneath you.
And in those moments, strength is not standing alone.
Strength is allowing yourself something to lean on.
A tripod does not apologize for needing all three legs.
It simply knows that stability is not weakness.
It is wisdom.
Maybe healing works the same way.
Mind.
Body.
Soul.
Past.
Present.
Future.
Grief.
Love.
Hope.
Three things holding us upright while we learn how to see clearly again.
