MORTAL • MILE • MINE

Sometimes
life reminds us that we are mortal.
Not to frighten us—
but to awaken us.
Because days pass quietly.
Miles gather beneath our feet without us always noticing.
One season becomes another.
One version of ourselves softly becomes the next.
And somewhere along the way,
we begin asking different questions.
Not “What do I own?”
but“What truly feels like mine?”
Not possessions.
Not titles.
But moments.
The laughter that stayed.
The people we loved deeply.
The memories that still glow
long after the moment itself has passed.
That is the real treasure.
Not what we hold—but what holds us.
So today,
I walk gently through this life,
aware of its fragility and grateful for its beauty.
Because every mile matters.
And every moment we truly live—becomes ours forever.

With love
