Silk

Softness
you can feel
immediately.

Smooth.
Light.
Almost weightless.

And yet—
silk is stronger
than it appears.

It moves
instead of resisting.
Flows
instead of forcing.

There is wisdom
in that.

Because softness
is often mistaken
for weakness.

But not everything
powerful
needs hardness.

Some things
endure
through grace.

Through flexibility.
Through knowing
when to yield
without breaking.

Silk does not fight
the air.

It dances with it.

And maybe
that is a kind of strength
too.
