❗️LIAM PAYNE’S CASE – INCONSISTENCIES AND LIES – WHAT PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW BEFORE THE UK PRE-INQUEST❗️PLEASE READ❗️

The UK pre-inquest review is on May 7th, 2026, at 10 AM UK time, and before that happens, there are things people need to know.

This case is full of inconsistencies, changing statements, questionable timelines, missing evidence, and details that simply do not make sense.

These are not isolated details. They are fragments of a story that do not connect. When placed together, they do not form a clear timeline; they expose the gaps in it.#JusticeForLiam

Toxicology reports

THE TOXICOLOGY REPORTS THAT DO NOT MATCH·

The toxicology timeline raises one of the biggest red flags in Liam Payne’s case.· On October 21st, ABC News and other outlets reported an alleged preliminary toxicology report claiming substances such as “pink cocaine,” benzodiazepines, and crack were found in Liam’s system. But on October 22nd, Fiscales stated that the toxicological and histopathological studies had not yet been completed.· Then, on November 7th, Fiscales released the official toxicology results, stating that Liam’s body contained only traces of alcohol, cocaine, and a prescription antidepressant.· However, on December 30th, Fiscales later stated that the presence of cocaine and alcohol in large quantities had been confirmed. Infobae then reported alcohol levels of 2.3 g/L in blood, 2.5 g/L in vitreous humour, and 2.7 g/L in urine. Fiscales later also referred to a blood alcohol concentration of up to 2.7 g/L.· So, we are left with three different versions:1. An initial unofficial report mentioning substances that were not found in his system.2. An official report saying only traces were found.3. Another official report saying large quantities were found.· And then there is the issue of Clonazepam. Multiple outlets claimed a blister pack of Clonazepam was found in Liam’s room, and alleged WhatsApp screenshots suggested Liam asked for Clonazepam to be left at the front desk. But Liam was reportedly being treated with Sertraline, not Clonazepam.· Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine, and it has a long detection window. It typically remains detectable 3+ days in blood and up to 30 days in urine. Liam’s autopsy and (obviously) toxicology were performed the same day, October 16th. Yet in the official toxicology results released by Fiscales, no Clonazepam was detected. If Clonazepam had been ingested days earlier (or even shortly before death), it should have appeared in toxicology. It didn’t.· So the question is simple: how can a toxicology report — a document that should be final, unique, and part of the autopsy record — appear in multiple conflicting versions? And where did the Clonazepam come from if it was not found in his system?#JusticeForLiam #LiamPayneAppeal

THE AUTOPSY TIMELINE AND THE 25 INJURIES·

THE AUTOPSY TIMELINE AND THE 25 INJURIES·

The autopsy reportedly identified 25 injuries described as “compatible with those caused by falling from a height.” It also stated that the craniocerebral injuries were sufficient to cause death, while internal and external haemorrhages in the skull, thorax, abdomen, and limbs contributed to the mechanism of death.· But the number and severity of the injuries raise serious questions. The 25 injuries incompatible with life are highly questionable even by forensic specialists, as they aren’t very probable to appear after only a 3rd-floor fall.· That brings us to the autopsy itself.· Liam’s autopsy was reportedly conducted on October 16th, between 9:45 PM and 11:05 PM, meaning it lasted approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.· A routine autopsy can take around two hours or more, depending on the complexity of the case. In a case involving multiple traumatic injuries, toxicology questions, suspicious circumstances, and a potential criminal investigation, the process would normally be expected to take longer — not less.· Therefore, the reported duration of the autopsy raises a legitimate question: was there sufficient time to conduct a complete and thorough forensic examination and reach all of the conclusions presented?#JusticeForLiam #LiamPayneAppeal

THE PATIO PHOTOS ·

THE PATIO PHOTOS · The distance from the balcony to the patio is a big one, and a fall after fainting or even after trying to escape the balcony doesn’t make sense at all. Also, he couldn’t fall in the position they found him in, literally parallel to the hotel, as someone in those circumstances can’t directly fall on his back, in that position, with a hand under a chair. The position is highly questionable.· There do not appear to be clear signs that Liam was dragged across the patio. There is no visible blood trail or separate blood spots nearby that would strongly suggest the body was moved after impact. So, based on that alone, the fall narrative appears more likely than the idea that he was dragged or repositioned there.· The base skull fracture was considered the main cause of death. It is compatible with the fall from height narrative. Medically, base skull fractures can’t really match with another type of trauma (hitting trauma). According to the forensic report released by Fiscales, “Payne fell into the hotel restaurant patio “without any sign of defence, which caused multiple injuries to his body, especially to his head after hitting directly against the cement support of an umbrella.” But that creates another serious question because in the first patio photo taken after his passing, there is no umbrella base near his head, or even clearly visible in the area.· There are currently 4 known patio photos, and together they clearly show that Liam was moved between the time the photos were taken. The people who did that also appear to have moved the umbrellas around him between the photos. There is a video of someone touching his body under one of those umbrellas at the crime scene. His hat was planted, the strap of his bag was moved, and so were his hands and his shirt.

THE 911 CALLS THAT DO NOT MAKE SENSE

THE 911 CALLS THAT DO NOT MAKE SENSE·

The 911 timeline is one of the most confusing parts of this case. The first call was reportedly made at 5:01 PM on October 16th, and the second at 5:05 PM. But in the first call, Grassi starts by saying “Good morning.” Four minutes later, in the second call, he says “Good evening.” That alone is strange.· The first call was allegedly interrupted. But after the background noise was cleaned, a woman can reportedly be heard saying: “Help me to lift him up.” At the same time, Grassi tells 911 they have “a guest that’s being aggressive.” That does not fit. Someone cannot logically be unconscious and needing to be lifted, while also being aggressive and actively breaking things at the same time.· The second call is also confusing. Grassi says the guest’s life may be in danger because he is in a room with a balcony. But instead of focusing immediately on that risk, the operator first asks how long he had been staying at the hotel.· Then the operator assumes staff cannot enter the room, even though Grassi had not clearly said that. They say SAME will be notified but then tell him to wait for the police. Even Grassi seems confused and asks whether police are being sent too.· When the operator says police, local authorities, and SAME are being notified, Grassi replies: “No, no, just SAME.” That is strange if the guest was supposedly aggressive, under the influence, and a danger to himself.· Then there is the possibility of a third call. On October 17th, SAME director Alberto Crescenti said 911 received a call around 5:04 PM reporting a “person lying in an internal courtyard.” SAME reportedly arrived at 5:11 PM and found that a man had fallen from a third-floor balcony.· But that does not match the two leaked calls. In neither of them does Grassi say Liam had already fallen. In fact, in the alleged 5:05 PM call, Grassi says Liam is still in his room, trashing it.· So how could Liam be reported as lying in the courtyard at 5:04 PM, while also being described as alive and trashing his room at 5:05 PM?· And one final detail: Crescenti said that they do not have the call from Grassi. He said that while all 911 calls are recorded, they do not have this one.

#JusticeForLiam #LiamPayneAppeal

THE DOOR / ACCESS TO THE ROOM

THE DOOR / ACCESS TO THE ROOM·

There is a major inconsistency around Liam’s room door and whether staff could access him.· During the second 911 call, the operator asked Grassi: “You wouldn’t know any other details because you can’t get in, right?” Grassi confirmed that they could not get in.· But in his testimony, Grassi said that one of the times they brought Liam back to his room, “the door to his room was closed and we opened it with a key.” So the staff clearly could access the room when needed.· He also later said that the final time they brought Liam back, “we closed the door,” and that the people who went upstairs stayed in the hallway to listen for more noise.· But later reports claimed something different: that after Liam entered the room, staff stayed outside, heard him breaking things, and that his door remained ajar. Those reports also claimed this was not unusual, because security footage and cleaning staff observations allegedly showed the door was frequently left open.· So which was it? Was Liam locked in? Was the door closed? Was it left open? Could staff enter, or could they not? Because based on the different versions, Liam’s door was somehow open and closed, accessible and inaccessible, at the same time.

LIAM’S ROOM TYPE / SOUNDPROOFING

LIAM’S ROOM TYPE / SOUNDPROOFING·

CasaSur appears to have only two room types: Executive Double rooms and Deluxe Suites. By comparing the “smashed TV” photo with the hotel room photos available online, it appears Liam was staying in a Deluxe Suite. And there is one important detail about that room: it is described as “soundproof”.· That matters because, if the doors were fully closed, voices, screams, or a loud yell should not have been easily heard from outside. Yet witnesses claimed they heard voices and screams, and Doug — who was staying in the room opposite Liam’s — said he heard a “really loud yell.”· So how was that possible? The most logical explanation is that the room door was open, or at least not fully closed. And that matters because some reports also claimed Liam’s door was left open after staff brought him back to the room.· If the door was open, the “balcony escape” theory makes even less sense. Why would Liam try to leave by climbing down from a balcony when he could have simply walked out through the door?· And if the door was open enough for sound to travel, why did no one see him supposedly trying to climb over the balcony?#JusticeForLiam #LiamPayneAppeal

THE CCTV FOOTAGE RELIABILITY

THE CCTV FOOTAGE RELIABILITY·

At first, there was confusion around whether CasaSur’s cameras were working properly. But later, CCTV images from the hotel appeared in the media and became central to the timeline. So which is it? Were the cameras not working properly, or were they working — and we were only shown selected fragments?· The released CCTV images raise serious questions. The context is missing, the footage is blurry and low-quality, some images are black and white, and certain areas appear more blurred than others. The timestamps also appear altered or edited, and some of them create impossible sequences.· For example, the released images allegedly show Liam in two different places at the same time: at 15:48:XX, he is said to be in the basement with Ezequiel, while at 15:48:39, he is allegedly outside the hotel waiting for someone. Another sequence allegedly shows him on the third floor at 16:54:37, but in the lobby at 16:54:44 — only 7 seconds later.· That is not realistic or possible. And despite the narrative that Liam was acting erratically or aggressively, none of the CCTV footage made public clearly shows that.· So the question remains: if CCTV is being used to support the official timeline, why does the released footage create impossible movements, missing context, and no clear visual proof of the behaviour described?· At this point, the CCTV timeline cannot be treated as reliable evidence without the full, unedited sequence.

THE MISSING FALL FOOTAGE AND UNANALYSED DIGITAL EVIDENCE

THE MISSING FALL FOOTAGE AND UNANALYSED DIGITAL EVIDENCE·

Some media reports claimed that video footage of the moment Liam fell exists and is part of the official case records.· But on December 11th, Infobae reported that authorities had received a 3-terabyte hard drive from Sacro Restaurant, next to CasaSur, and that investigators would search it for footage of the moment of death, which, at that point, had not been found. That conflicts with the claim that footage of the fall was already in the official file.· There is also Grassi’s testimony, where he said one of the sales employees told him that “no one had seen the way he fell.”· So was there footage of the fall, or was the investigators’ search still inconclusive?· This connects to a bigger issue: digital evidence. If phones, hard drives, Liam’s laptop, hotel footage, social media accounts, and other digital evidence were not fully analysed, then the timeline cannot be considered complete.· That matters because Liam’s Snapchat stories were reportedly deleted around 6 PM, after his passing had already been reported shortly after 5 PM. That means Liam could not have deleted them himself.· It also matters because of the laptop/email narrative. We were told Liam reacted to an email, smashed his laptop, and then everything escalated. But if the laptop was not fully analysed, how can that part of the story be treated as fact?· The same applies to the hard drives and hotel footage. If only selected fragments were reviewed or released, then the public has not been shown a complete timeline — only pieces of one.

BRET AND THE WEDDING PLANNER – 3 VERSIONS OF THE SAME MOMENT

BRET AND THE WEDDING PLANNER – 3 VERSIONS OF THE SAME MOMENT·

Bret’s account of the fall appears to change depending on the interview.· On October 18th, he said: “I was in my hotel room, and saw the body fall through, looking out the window.” When asked if he knew immediately that it was Liam, he said no — only that he suspected it based on Liam’s earlier condition.· But in November, the wedding planner described it differently. She said Bret was looking at her while she was looking up toward the window, and that she saw someone fall. She then looked at Bret and said “Bret, someone falls. This wasn’t an object.” That version suggests she saw the fall first — not Bret.· Then, in the TMZ documentary on December 16th, Bret said he and the wedding planner were both looking out the window and “saw Liam fall.” He also said they could tell right away it was Liam because he landed face up.· So first, Bret saw “the body” and did not know for sure it was Liam. Then the wedding planner says she was the one who saw “someone fall” while Bret was looking at her. Then Bret says they both saw Liam fall and immediately knew it was him.· Those are not small wording differences. Those are 3 different versions of the same moment.

THE CHECK-OUT STORY AND THE CASASUR EMAIL

THE CHECK-OUT STORY AND THE CASASUR EMAIL·

Liam reportedly arrived at CasaSur around midnight on October 13th. According to a CasaSur email, Roger Nores had requested a suite for Liam from October 14th to October 18th. So if the booking was valid until the 18th, why was Liam allegedly expected to check out on October 16th?· There is also confusion around the room switch. According to the hotel email, Liam was supposed to stay in room 110, but for unclear reasons, he ended up in room 310 — the suite allegedly booked by Bret and Nahiomy. They, in turn, ended up in room 110, which was reportedly supposed to be Liam’s.· But Rolling Stone reported that Bret and Nahiomy arrived at CasaSur on October 15th. If they checked in that day, they should have already had a room by October 16th. Yet Rebecca said that on the 16th, one of her friends was due to get Liam’s suite, and staff were on edge because Liam still had not checked out by 4:30 PM.· So which is it? Were Bret and Nahiomy already checked in, or were they waiting for Liam’s room?· The CasaSur email raises another issue. It reportedly listed Roger Nores as Liam’s “manager” and Lula Miranda as his “assistant manager”. But Roger has repeatedly denied being Liam’s manager, saying he was only Liam’s friend.· Yet Roger appeared to act like someone with authority. The hotel was allegedly reporting Liam’s movements and behaviour to him, contacting him about what Liam was doing, and treating him as an official point of contact.· Lula also allegedly had enough influence to instruct the hotel not to send more alcohol to Liam’s room.· So why were Roger and Lula treated as people with authority over Liam’s stay, his room, and his access to alcohol — if Roger was supposedly “just a friend”?· The email makes the situation look much less casual than Roger later claimed. It suggests the hotel was dealing with both Roger and Lula as people with authority over Liam’s stay, his room, and his access to alcohol.

THE ESCORTS, THE PAYMENT DISPUTE, AND THE CCTV PROBLEM

THE ESCORTS, THE PAYMENT DISPUTE, AND THE CCTV PROBLEM·

The accounts involving the two escorts appear to change several times.· On October 18th, Page Six reported that the women said they only drank alcohol with Liam, denied using drugs, and claimed he seemed “normal” while they were with him.· On October 25th, Page Six again reported that they had testified under oath that they only drank alcohol and did not do drugs.· But on December 1st, Infobae reported a very different version: condoms were allegedly found at the scene, champagne was involved, and the women allegedly described a much more intense interaction, including Liam telling them “I love you” and promising them his Rolex.· So their account appears to shift from only drinking alcohol to a version involving sex, drugs, and a much more complicated scene.· There is also the TV contradiction: they reportedly said Liam seemed normal and fine, but also allegedly told hotel staff that he had smashed the TV in his room.· Then there is the alleged lobby payment dispute around 1–2 PM. Grassi claimed he helped translate between Liam and the women, while witnesses Michael Fleischmann and his mother described the lobby as almost empty.· But the CCTV from that time appears to show at least nine people in the lobby, including Liam and the two women. It also does not clearly show anyone helping with translation, nor does it show Liam acting erratically.· Tabloids later reported that one of the women said, “I forgot my makeup in the room,” and that Liam accompanied her back upstairs. But the CCTV allegedly shows Liam in a black tracksuit at 3:10:42 PM, heading toward the elevators with both women, not just one of them.· The payment timeline is also unclear. Some reports say the women left without being paid, while others claim Roger Nores later came to the hotel and paid them.· CCTV allegedly shows Liam and Roger entering the lobby at 3:53:48 PM, with Roger speaking to Grassi while Liam heads to the elevator — but the two women are not visible in that footage.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR STRUGGLE?

MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR STRUGGLE?·

Daniel Salinas, the therapist/masseur and one of the three men seen carrying Liam, stated that Liam was “convulsing, foam out of his mouth.” He also said there was a moment when Liam stood up, tried to go somewhere else, and that they were “guiding him.”· But according to TMZ, at 4:54:48 PM, three hotel workers grabbed Liam by the arms and legs, against his will, and took him to his room.· Those two descriptions do not fully match. Was Liam unconscious after a seizure, foaming at the mouth, and in need of urgent medical help? Was he standing upright and being “guided”? Or was there a struggle to force him into his room?· The CCTV images that allegedly show Liam on the third floor after being taken upstairs appear to show him standing and maintaining his balance while three men try to get him into the room. The description reportedly says: “A small struggle can be seen between what appear to be employees of the place and NN2. They take him into the room.”· That does not sound like someone simply being helped after a seizure. If Liam had just suffered a seizure, the priority should have been medical care and monitoring — not physically placing him back inside a room and leaving him alone.· So the question is: was he being helped, or was he being forced into that room?#JusticeForLiam #LiamPayneAppeal

THE LAPTOP INCIDENT TIMELINE THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE

THE LAPTOP INCIDENT TIMELINE THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE·

The lobby laptop incident has several conflicting versions.· Rebecca and Brett first said that at 4:26 PM on October 16th, Liam was sitting on the lobby couch with his laptop. Neither of them mentioned a whiskey bottle.· But Grassi later said that at 4:26 PM, Liam was already in his room, throwing and breaking things.· After that, Brett appeared to adjust his timeline, saying Liam was on the couch “probably right around 4:30 PM,” which seems to fit better with Grassi’s version.· The incident itself is also unclear. We were told Liam was calm at first, then suddenly became angry after seeing an email, shouted “F–k this s–t, mate!”, and started smashing the laptop on the floor.· But the CCTV footage does not clearly show him acting aggressively.· One CCTV timestamp reportedly shows Liam on the couch at 16:28:21 and points to a whiskey bottle near the couch — but that bottle is not visible in the photo. Rebecca’s photo, which she said was taken at 16:28, shows Liam waiting by the elevator, calm, standing normally, with the laptop apparently intact and no whiskey bottle visible.· TMZ then reported another version: that at 4:26 PM, Liam came to the lobby with a laptop and a whiskey bottle, sat down, smashed the laptop, and collapsed. But none of the people presents seemed to have reported that he collapsed at that moment.· So if Liam really collapsed in the lobby at 4:26 PM, how was he walking normally, standing calmly, and waiting for the elevator just minutes later? And if he had just smashed the laptop, why does the laptop appear intact — with no visible whiskey bottle — in the elevator photo?#JusticeForLiam #LiamPayneAppeal

THE BOTTLES

THE BOTTLES·

The first alleged whiskey delivery was made by Braian on October 14th, around 4:30 AM, and reportedly consisted of 5 small bottles of whiskey.· The second alleged delivery was made by Ezequiel Pereyra later that same morning, around 8 AM, and reportedly included 8 small bottles of whiskey.· On October 15th, there was allegedly another delivery to Liam’s room, consisting of 4 whiskey bottles.· On October 16th, there were reportedly 2 more alcohol deliveries: one at 6:36 AM, consisting of 5 whiskey bottles, and another around 11 AM, when the escorts arrived, consisting of 4 whiskey bottles and one bottle of champagne.· That would make a total of approximately 26 (probably all small) whiskey bottles (around 1,300 ml) plus one 750 ml bottle of champagne within roughly 36.5 hours. Out of that, 9 small whiskey bottles (around 450 ml) and the champagne were allegedly delivered in the final 10.5 hours before the tragedy.· They reported that when Liam went down to the lobby and was photographed on the couch, he had a whiskey bottle with him. However, no bottle can be seen in the couch photos, nor in the photo of him standing by the elevator before leaving the lobby.· The hotel staff allegedly told Roger that Liam had been on a 3-day bender. Yet Roger said Liam seemed fine before he left, around an hour before Liam’s reported time of death.· And then there is Grassi’s statement. He said: “There I saw everything was destroyed – vases, lamps, his clothes thrown all over the room, there were wine-stained towels, broken wine bottles.” But no one else seems to mention wine bottles before or after Grassi did.· The alcohol narrative is confusing, like the whole timeline itself. The visible evidence does not show the whiskey bottle he supposedly carried, Roger’s statement does not match the “3-day bender” claim, and Grassi suddenly mentions wine bottles that do not appear anywhere else in the timeline.· A person who had consumed that much alcohol (and allegedly used cocaine as well) would likely not be able to function in the way the witnesses claimed he did. It becomes even harder to believe when the same timeline also claims he fainted twice, suffered a seizure, and was then semi-conscious at the time of the fall. So how could he have been impaired enough to faint, seize, and fall without reflexively protecting himself, but still capable of acting erratically, breaking things, getting dressed, gathering belongings, and supposedly trying to climb down a balcony?#JusticeForLiam #LiamPayneAppeal

THE COCAINE

THE COCAINE·

The first 2 alleged deliveries were made by Braian Paiz on October 14th. According to the allegedly released iCloud chats between Liam Payne and Braian Paiz, Liam reportedly asked for 3/4/5 grams (if it might be bad, get 5 grams) around 2:19-2:23 AM. The first reportedly happened around 3:24 AM and reportedly consisted of 2 grams. The second allegedly happened between 10:30 and 10:44 AM and reportedly consisted of 3 grams – although Braian stated that this second delivery never actually took place.· The third alleged delivery was reportedly made by Ezequiel Pereyra on October 15th at 3:25 AM, but the quantity was not reported. There is also an issue with the CCTV evidence connected to this alleged exchange. It was reportedly described as coming from street CCTV, but the images that were shared appear to show footage from the hotel’s garage entrance, not a public street camera. On top of that, the footage is extremely low quality, making it difficult to confirm who is actually shown in the images. Based on what was released, it cannot be said with certainty that the person seen there was Liam.· Then, on October 16th, Liam allegedly texted Roger at 9:32 AM, asking: “Can you get 6 grams?” Later that day, around 2:00 PM, Liam allegedly told a hotel employee (most likely Ezequiel Pereyra), “I’m gonna need another 7 grams for today.” That delivery was reportedly made sometime between 3:30 and 4:00 PM.· So far, the total amount of cocaine allegedly delivered has not been clearly reported publicly.· But the timeline creates another contradiction. Around 4:26 PM, after Liam allegedly smashed his laptop in the lobby, Rebecca said: “After he’d gone, the British guy from his entourage, who I think was called Roger, came over and apologised on his behalf, saying, ‘I’m sorry, he just gets so high sometimes.’”· On the other hand, Roger Nores later claimed that when he left, Liam “was in good spirits, perfectly balanced, talking to everybody, having fun, laughing, nothing out of the ordinary.”· Those two descriptions do not match. One version suggests Liam was visibly high enough for Roger to apologise for his behaviour, while the other presents him as completely normal, balanced, and in good spirits. And neither version clearly explains the alleged request for 18 grams of cocaine on the same day.· And again, a person who had consumed so much alcohol and allegedly used cocaine would likely not be able to function in the way the witnesses claimed he did

CONFLICTING ACCOUNTS OF LIAM’S CONDITION

CONFLICTING ACCOUNTS OF LIAM’S CONDITION•

Gonzalo Avendaño said Liam called him around 3 hours before his death and “didn’t sound drunk or under the influence of drugs.”• Meanwhile, hotel staff allegedly told Roger that Liam had been on a 3-day bender.• Roger Nores later claimed that when he left, Liam “was in good spirits, perfectly balanced, talking to everybody, having fun, laughing, nothing out of the ordinary.”• But Rebecca’s statement suggests something different. She said that after Liam left the lobby, the British man from his entourage, whom she believed was Roger, came over and apologised on his behalf, saying: “I’m sorry, he just gets so high sometimes.”• The descriptions of Liam’s condition do not match. One person says he sounded sober. Hotel staff allegedly described a 3-day bender. Roger says Liam seemed completely fine. But Rebecca’s account suggests Roger himself acknowledged that Liam was high.• That raises a key question: what was Liam’s actual condition in those final hours, and why do the accounts differ so much?#JusticeForLiam #LiamPayneAppeal

BRAIAN AND THE CHANGING VERSIONS

BRAIAN AND THE CHANGING VERSIONS•

First, Braian said that he consumed marijuana while Liam consumed cocaine. Later, that changed to both of them allegedly consuming cocaine together.• He also said: “We took drugs together, but I never took drugs to him or accepted any money. I have messages where he’s offering me money because he was apparently used to offering money for everything, but I never accepted anything. (…) When I left he wanted to give me some clothes so that I had a memory of being with him but I left it behind the TV because I didn’t want to take it, it was a grey jogging bottoms with a shirt that has a print. I don’t think I remember the colour. I don’t know why I didn’t take it.” Later, he suddenly remembered that the shirt was green, even though earlier he had said he did not remember.• Then, after a while, he added that Liam had also wanted to give him his Rolex, saying: “I didn’t even accept his money, nothing. He wanted to give me his Rolex, but I didn’t accept it. I didn’t accept anything, just a drawing.”• There is also a major difference in how he described Liam’s condition. At first, Braian said Liam was calm and normal when he left. Later, he said Liam became paranoid and seemed very scared of something.

#JusticeForLiam #LiamPayneAppeal

BRAIAN AND THE PHOTO TIMELINE

BRAIAN AND THE PHOTO TIMELINE•

According to him, he met Liam on October 2nd, sometime around 10:30–11:30 PM. Liam then allegedly got his Instagram and messaged him “around 1 AM” from a burner account called “KateCasss7.” But if the message was sent around 1 AM, that would already make it October 3rd, not October 2nd.• Braian then said he went to the Hyatt, was invited upstairs, and stayed for around 1 to 1.5 hours, during which they supposedly took a photo together.• Here is where the timeline gets strange: the photo Braian says was taken during that visit is timestamped October 2nd, 2:34 AM. The hour could fit the story. The date surely does not. If Liam contacted him around 1 AM after they met late on October 2nd, then the photo should logically be timestamped October 3rd, 2:34 AM, not October 2nd.• And as a side note, iPhone users can manually change the date and time of a photo, so the timestamp alone does not automatically prove the timeline.

“DRUGS TABLE”, THE “SMASHED TV” PHOTOS AND THE GREEN SHIRT

THE “DRUGS TABLE”, THE “SMASHED TV” PHOTOS AND THE GREEN SHIRT·

The so-called “drugs table” was first described as if it were a separate table. But when compared with photos of the same type of CasaSur room, it appears to be part of the built-in furniture where the rotating TV is mounted.· In the “drugs table” photo, you can see the round lamp base, the thin lamp support, the lamp wire, and the corner of the built-in TV unit. Those details suggest the “table” was actually the right side of the furniture — the extendable desk area.· That matters because the substances shown or reported on that surface do not appear to match the later official toxicology findings. Some of them seem to appear only in the first, unofficial and questionable toxicology version.· The “smashed TV” photo raises more questions.· It was claimed that Liam punched the TV three times, but the photo appears to show only one clear point of impact — not three separate marks.· To better understand the layout of the room, I attached two photos of the same type of room Liam was reportedly staying in. The photo on the left shows the front view of the furniture, from the bed side, and the photo on the right shows the back view.· The room layout also creates another contradiction. In the “punched TV” photo, the right side of the furniture appears to show the coffee machine and glass, matching the room photos. Behind the TV, there is a couch, and on the right side of the furniture, green and grey clothing can be seen.· Those details suggest the “punched TV” photo was taken from the front bed view.· But the right side of the furniture is also supposed to be the same area shown as the “drugs table,” covered with drugs and objects. In one photo, that area is full of substances. In another, it appears to contain green and grey clothes. Both cannot logically occupy the same space in the same way at the same time.· This also connects to Braian’s statement. He said Liam wanted to give him clothes on October 14th, but he left them behind the TV: grey jogging bottoms and a shirt. Later, he said the shirt was green.· That description matches the green and grey clothing visible in the “punched TV” photo.· But Liam was reportedly seen wearing a green shirt in the same shade on the morning of October 16th, while the TV was allegedly punched later that day.· So if Braian left those clothes behind the TV on October 14th, and Liam wore the green shirt on October 16th, how were those same clothes still behind the TV on the 16th in the afternoon, exactly where Braian said he left them?· And how can the same surface be both the “drugs table” and the place where those clothes were supposedly still sitting?#JusticeForLiam #LiamPayneAppeal

THE FAINTING AND SEIZURE TIMELINE

THE FAINTING AND SEIZURE TIMELINE•

In the 30 minutes before Liam’s death, witnesses claimed he fainted twice in the lobby and suffered a seizure with foaming at the mouth. Based on the presented timeline, the seizure would likely have happened between 16:52 and 16:54, because by the 16:54:48 CCTV image, he is already being taken back toward his room.• According to that version, Liam then supposedly “regained consciousness as soon as they reached the third floor.”• But that raises serious medical and logical concerns. Johns Hopkins Medicine explains that after a seizure, a person may remain unconscious for several minutes while the brain recovers. Even after gradually regaining awareness, they may feel confused, exhausted, physically sore, or disoriented for hours.• So if Liam had fainted twice and then suffered a seizure shortly before the fall, his body would most likely have been severely exhausted and impaired. It is difficult to believe he would have fully regained consciousness almost immediately upon reaching the third floor. It is even harder to believe that, within minutes, he would have had the strength, awareness, coordination, and mental clarity to break things in his room, get dressed, gather belongings, and attempt to climb over a balcony to “escape.”• Grassi’s testimony creates another issue. He said that a few minutes after 4:50 PM, Liam was lying unconscious on the elevator floor. Liam allegedly woke up, stood up, walked out, sat at the bar, then fell unconscious again seconds later.• At 4:54:44 PM, Grassi said he and others carried Liam back to the elevator, took him upstairs, and that Liam regained consciousness again when the doors opened on the third floor.• So according to this version, in less than four minutes, Liam lost consciousness twice and regained consciousness almost immediately each time — while also allegedly suffering a seizure.• That is not medically realistic. A person does not usually go from unconscious, to fully awake, to standing and walking, to unconscious again, to being carried upstairs, and then conscious again within minutes, as if nothing happened.• This sequence does not align with the physical reality of fainting, seizure activity, and post-seizure exhaustion.

THE BALCONY ESCAPE THEORY THAT FALLS APART

THE BALCONY ESCAPE THEORY THAT FALLS APART•

The “balcony escape” theory has been pushed more than once, but the details do not hold together.• In the TMZ documentary, Roger brought up an alleged incident from “a month and a half before,” saying Liam had supposedly escaped from a room in Palm Beach by climbing down with a green garden hose.• But that raises an obvious question: why would there be a garden hose inside a room in the first place?• Then, the Daily Mail reported a different version of the same alleged incident, claiming Liam escaped by tying bedsheets together like a rope.• So which was it — a garden hose or bedsheets?• And there is an even bigger issue: Liam’s Florida house reportedly had no balconies. So what exactly was he supposed to have climbed down from?• The CasaSur layout also makes the “climbing down” theory difficult to believe. Right outside Liam’s balcony — and outside many other balconies — there is access to an emergency staircase, also reachable from the mezzanine terrace near the pool.• So if Liam really wanted to leave through the balcony, why would he climb down when the stairs were right there? No climbing. No risk. Direct access.• Then there is the forensic conclusion. Experts stated that Liam did not assume a reflexive protective posture during the fall, suggesting he may have fallen in a state of semi- or total unconsciousness.• So how could someone be too unconscious to protect himself during a fall, but supposedly conscious enough moments earlier to get dressed, gather a bag, go onto the balcony, and attempt to climb down? That would require awareness, coordination, strength, and decision-making — the exact opposite of what the forensic conclusion suggests.• There is also the issue of Liam’s bag. In the patio photos and images released by tabloids, one of the straps appears to be torn off. That does not look like a cheap or fragile bag, and straps like that do not usually snap from a simple fall. That kind of damage suggests significant force.• Then there is Doug’s statement: he heard a “really, really loud yell” coming from the room sometime between 4:45 and 5:00 PM, “on Tuesday”. But Liam’s fall reportedly happened on Wednesday, and Doug gave his statement on October 17th, the day after. If he meant the day of the fall, why not say “yesterday” or correctly say Wednesday? So again, we are left with evidence and statements that do not line up.• A torn bag strap and a loud yell do not naturally point to a simple accident. They suggest something more forceful may have happened inside that room before the fall.• Finally, TMZ claimed fingerprints were found on the balcony railing, even though police had reportedly said no fingerprints were found, and no other source seems to have confirmed that claim.• Even if fingerprints existed, they would not automatically prove Liam was climbing down. They could also mean someone was leaning on the railing, holding onto it, or trying to defend themselves.• So the “climbing down” theory is not proven. The layout, the stairs, the forensic conclusion, and the fingerprint issue all make it far more questionable than they want people to believe.

THE BROWN BAG AND THE DELETED SNAPCHAT STORIES

Liam’s father Geoff Payne and former One Direction body guard

THE BROWN BAG AND THE DELETED SNAPCHAT STORIES•

There are still major questions around the brown bag allegedly found on the second floor.• Police reportedly found it on October 18th, two days after Liam’s death, on the floor below his room. It allegedly contained a bottle of whiskey, pills, and a piece of paper with Liam’s name on it. The claim was that he dropped it while supposedly trying to escape.• But that raises several questions. On the same day the bag was allegedly found, Geoff, Liam’s father, was seen on the second-floor balcony — and no bag appeared to be there at that time.• The hotel was also full of guests, meaning someone was likely staying on the second floor too. So how did no one notice a brown bag sitting there for two days?• And why would Liam place a note with his own name inside a bag in those circumstances?• Then there are the Snapchat stories. They were reportedly posted on October 16th around 4:20 PM and deleted around 6 PM that same day. The videos themselves were most likely filmed earlier, possibly on October 12th.• But Liam’s passing was reported shortly after 5 PM, meaning he could not have deleted those stories himself around 6 PM. So who deleted them? Who was controlling Liam’s social media accounts?

THE MISSING ROLEX, NORES’ TIMELINE, AND THE LEGAL SHIFT

THE MISSING ROLEX, NORES’ TIMELINE, AND THE LEGAL SHIFT·

The Rolex appears in multiple accounts. Braian said Liam wanted to offer it to him. The escorts also claimed Liam wanted to give it to them. So the same watch is connected to different people in different versions.· But the Rolex has still not been found.· What makes this even more questionable is that the watch appears to have disappeared after one of the escorts allegedly returned to Liam’s room because she had “forgotten something.”· So what happened to the Rolex after that? A Rolex is not just any watch. It can usually be identified and traced through its serial number and ownership records.· Then there is Roger Nores’ timeline. Some reports claimed Roger came to the hotel around 3:45 PM to pay the escorts. Other reports place his departure at different times: around 3:30 PM, around 4:04 PM, around 4:12 PM, or 40–60 minutes before the fall.· At 4:25 PM, Roger reportedly texted Liam, “How are you?” Around 4:26 PM, Grassi also reportedly tried to call Roger because Liam was allegedly smashing things in his room, but Roger did not answer.· But Rebecca said that around 4:26 PM, after Liam left the lobby area, “the British guy from his entourage, who I think was called Roger,” came over and apologized on Liam’s behalf.· If that is accurate, Roger was still inside the hotel at 4:26 PM. So why would Grassi call him instead of speaking to him directly? And why would Roger text Liam “How are you?” if he was still nearby?· There is also the first-floor guest, who said he saw Liam fall, went downstairs, and then bumped into Nores coming out of the elevator toward the parking area. That would place Nores at the hotel at the time of the fall.· And finally, the legal shift matters. Nores, Grassi, and Gilda were initially tied to questions of negligence or abandonment. Later, they were cleared, and the case narrowed mostly toward the alleged suppliers. But if key phones, devices, hard drives, CCTV footage, messages, accounts, and computer data had not been fully analysed, how could the case already be narrowed so sharply?· Clearing key people while important evidence is still incomplete raises one final question: was the full picture ever properly established?

❗️CONCLUSION❗️

❗️CONCLUSION❗️•

After going through the timelines, witness statements, CCTV issues, toxicology changes, missing evidence, medical contradictions, and shifting narratives, one thing becomes clear: this case cannot be reduced to a simple “accident” without serious questions being answered first. There are too many parts of the story that do not align. Too many details changed. Too many things were reported one way, then later described another way. Too much evidence appears incomplete, unclear, missing, or unexplained.• A real timeline should connect. This one does not. It is not enough to say Liam fell and close the conversation there. The question is what happened before the fall, who was present, what was done, what was not done, and why so many parts of the official and public narrative contradict each other.• I also want to thank everyone who helped me put this together, @RegionStars28, @Hildyby, @merlina_mirai, @LT18HS16, everyone who shared information, checked details, and kept asking questions.•

Until those questions are answered, calling this simply an accident ignores the inconsistencies. Liam deserves truth, transparency, a full explanation and most importantly, JUSTICE.
