What’s your favourite pizza topping?

Ham, bacon, pineapple… and even kebab meat.

Yes, I mix it all. Sweet, salty, and a little bit wild — just how I like it.

What is your favourite sandwich?

Salmon and eggs.

Simple, fresh, and always satisfying.

What is your favourite dessert?

Chocolate cake…Actually — anything chocolate. 😄

That’s the honest answer.

What food do you absolutely hate or would never try?

Pulpo (octopus) 🐙And the Norwegian west coast dish “smalahove” — sheep’s head.

That’s a definite no from me.

Gratitude

I’m grateful for flavours that bring joy, for simple meals that comfort, and for knowing exactly what I love — and what I don’t.
