✧ Part 5: Opposition — The Mirror ✧

An opposition is reflection. An angle of 180 degrees—where two energies stand across from each other.

There is distance here. Awareness. A line drawn between self and other.

There is distance here. Awareness. A line drawn between self and other.

Unlike the conjunction, which merges, the opposition creates polarity.

Two forces. Two truths. Both valid… yet seemingly opposite.

This can feel like tension—but not the sharp pressure of the square.

The opposition is more subtle. More conscious.

It asks:

Can you see yourself… through the other?”

This is the aspect of relationship.

It often plays out externally at first—through people, experiences, projections.

We meet parts of ourselves in the eyes of someone else.

We attract what we have not yet fully owned. We resist what we are not ready to integrate.

And so, the opposition becomes a mirror—revealing what stands across from us, but also what lives within us.

At its highest expression, the opposition is not conflict…but balance.

A dynamic tension that creates awareness. A bridge between two poles.

Not choosing one over the other—but learning to hold both.

This is where wisdom begins.

Because true integration does not erase difference—it honours it.
