Do you have a quote you live your life by or think of often?
There is one quote that has stayed with me for many, many years.
Not just as words—but as a quiet guide.
From Carl Jung:
“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens.”
It feels like a mantra.
A reminder that the real journey is not always out there—
but within.
That answers are not only found in what we see, but in what we dare to feel, to explore, to understand inside ourselves.
I’ve followed that path for a long time.
Through healing, through astrology, through everything I’ve come to learn and experience.
Because looking inward isn’t always easy—
but it’s where the truth lives.
And maybe that’s why this quote never left me…
because it reflects the way I’ve chosen to walk through life.
