Gyrate.

Not performance—
not for watching—
but for feeling.

The quiet pulse
of being alive
moving through you.

A sway.
A turn.
A circle
that doesn’t need direction—
only presence.

Because life
is not still.

It spins.
Shifts.
Moves in patterns
we don’t always understand.

And sometimes
the only way
to meet it…

is to move with it.

To let go
of holding everything in place.
To release
what has been locked
too tightly.

To remember
that you are not separate
from the rhythm—

And in that moment—

when you stop resisting
and start flowing—

everything
softens.

Everything
aligns.

Everything
moves again
