TRUNK • TOY • TUBA

In response to Di’s daily Prompt: https://wp.me/p3RSgb-wwb

I don’t know how it started…
but somehow my day turned into a full circus.
Not a dramatic one—just… slightly ridiculous 😄
There I was, trying to be productive, when my brain decided it was actually five years old again.
Suddenly everything felt like a toy.
Serious thoughts?Nope. Gone.
Next thing I know—I’m mentally opening some old trunk of memories, pulling out random things I didn’t even knowI still had.
Replaced by random ideas,half-finished plans, and the overwhelming urge to do absolutely anything except what I was supposed to.
At one point I swear I heard a tuba playing.
Just a slow, wobbly oom-pah soundtrack to my very questionable focus 😂
And honestly?
I kind of went with it.
Because maybe not every day is meant to be efficient.
Some days are meant to be a little chaotic,a little playful,a little “what is even happening right now?”
So I let it be.
The noise. The nonsense. The inner tuba concert.
Because life doesn’t always need to be taken seriously.
Sometimes you just need to follow the sound of your own ridiculous joy–
even if it’s being played on a tuba you didn’t ask for 😄.
