In response to Linda Hill’s SoCS prompt: https://wp.me/p2CQXv-59j

Tin.
It makes me think of old boxes, the kind that hold small treasures—buttons, letters, things that mattered once and still do, quietly.
Ten.
A number that feels complete.Ten fingers, ten toes, counting things that ground us when everything else feels uncertain.
Ton.
Heavy. The weight of things we carry—words, memories, emotions—sometimes a ton, even when invisible.
Tan.
Sun-kissed skin, days outside, moments where life feels lighter, where the world softens just a little.
Tun.
An old word,a barrel, something that holds and contains—like us, perhaps, holding more than we show.
Strange how a few small sounds can open so many doors.
Like language itself is a kind of magic—tiny fragments turning into meaning the moment we pause long enough to listen.
