Describe a risk you took that you do not regret.

Sometimes a risk isn’t just a moment—

it’s a doorway into a completely different life.

In 2011, we made a decision that changed everything.

We moved to the Canary Islands.

Not knowing for sure if it would work—just hoping it might.

We rented out our home in Norway,left behind what was familiar,and stepped into something unknown.

Our daughters were so young—just 4 and 5 years old.

A leap not just for us,but for them too.

We gave ourselves a year…to feel it out,to see if this life could become ours.

And it did.

So we let go.

The house. The boat. The cars.

Everything we had built in one place—released to begin again somewhere new.

And we stayed.

Looking back, it was a risk…

but it never felt wrong.

Because sometimes you don’t just follow a plan—

you follow a feeling.

And that feeling led us here.

To a different rhythm. A different life. A different version of ourselves.

And I don’t regret it—

not for a second.
