What makes you nervous?

Being misunderstood.

That feeling when the words don’t quite land the way they were meant to.

When what I try to express comes from a real place—but somehow gets lost along the way.

And even more than that…

not being believed.

When you know what you felt, what you experienced, what you meant—

but it’s questioned,doubted, or dismissed.

That’s what makes me nervous.

Not speaking…but not being heard.

Because for me,words are not just words—

they carry meaning, feeling,truth.

And all I really hope for when I share them…

is that they are received with openness.

That someone takes a moment to understand.
