I use social media as a way to connect.

I’m on a few platforms—Facebook, X, TikTok,and Instagram (plus Threads, here and there).

Each one has its own rhythm…its own kind of energy.

Some are for staying in touch with people I know.

Others are for sharing,observing,or simply scrolling through moments of other lives.

But for me,it’s not about being everywhere—

it’s about how I use it.

To express. To write. To share pieces of myself in a way that feels real.

And sometimes…just to pause,read,and feel a little less alone in a very big world.

Because when it’s used with intention,social media can be more than noise—

it can be connection.
