Your challenge for this week
“I thought I was lost, but maybe I was just changing.”

“I thought I was lost, but maybe I was just changing.”
I kept looking for the version of me that used to know the way.
The one who moved with certainty,
who didn’t question every turn,
who didn’t feel like the ground beneath her had quietly shifted overnight.
But the more I searched,
the more she dissolved —not gone,
just… no longer needed.
I called it being lost.
Because that’s what we’re taught,
isn’t it?
If you can’t recognize yourself,
if the path no longer looks familiar,
if everything you once trusted feels out of reach —
you must have taken a wrong turn.
But what if I didn’t?
What if this in-between —
this quiet unraveling —is not failure,
but becoming?
The old map no
longer fits my hands.
The old voice no longer speaks my truth.
And maybe that’s why everything feels so uncertain…
Because I am not meant to go back.
I am meant to shift.
To shed what no longer aligns.
To walk without knowing.
To trust a direction that doesn’t yet have a name.
I thought I was lost.
But maybe I was just learning how to meet myself in a form I had never been brave enough to become.
