For Prosery today, let’s include the lines from Emily Dickinson’s poem : Publication – is the Auction Of the Mind
In response to dVerse Poets Pub: https://wp.me/p1GTyJ-8ZE

I used to think sorrow was something private, something that lived quietly beneath the surface, unseen. But the moment you give it words, it changes. I remember, “Publication – is the Auction Of the Mind,” and feeling the truth of it settle deeply. To speak of grief is to place it in the open, where it can be misunderstood, measured, even dismissed. And yet, there are things that insist on being written. The dark blooms we carry do not disappear in silence. They press upward, asking for light. Perhaps it is a risk to share them, to let others see what grows in shadow. Still, I write. Not to sell the pain, but to prove it lived—and that something within it continues to grow.
Line adapted from a poem by— Emily Dickinson.
