A vessel is something that holds.
A container. A form. A space designed to carry what cannot exist on its own.
We think of vessels as objects.
A cup. A bowl. A body.
But a vessel is more than what it contains.
It is the meeting point between the seen and the unseen.
Because what we carry is not always visible.
Energy. Emotion.Memory.Love.
Grief.
All of it moves through us—shaping us, filling us,leaving traces behind.
We are vessels.
Not empty—but receptive.
Not passive—but alive with what passes through.
And yet,we are not meant to hold everything forever.
A vessel must also release.
Pour out.Let go.Make space again.
Because what is meant to move cannot stay contained without becoming heavy.
Without becoming too much.
To be a vessel is not to carry endlessly.
It is to allow flow.
To receive. To hold. To honor. And then—to release.
So that something new can arrive.
So that life can continue to move through you.
Not trapped.
Not stagnant.
But alive.
