Today’s word is “intensify.”

Intensify

It is the moment when something deepens.

When a feeling no longer stays quiet. When energy gathers—stronger, fuller,impossible to ignore.

Intensity is often feared.

Too much. Too strong. Too overwhelming.

We are taught to soften it. To dim it. To keep things manageable.

But not everything is meant to stay small.

Some things are meant to grow.

To expand. To fill space. To be felti n their full presence.

Because when something intensifies—it reveals.

What matters. What is true. What can no longer be held back.

It is the fire that asks to be acknowledged. The wave that rises instead of retreating.

And yes—it can feel uncomfortable.

Intensity does not whisper.

It speaksin a language that demands attention.

But within that…there is clarity.

Because what intensifies is often what has been waiting to be seen.

Waiting to be expressed. Waiting to be lived fully.

So maybe intensity is not something to fear.

Maybe it is something to understand.

Because when you meet it with awareness…

intensity becomes power.

Not chaos.

Not overwhelm.

But energy aligned with truth.
