Bad

Bad is a word we use quickly.

A label placed on moments,on choices,on people.

But bad is rarely simple.

A bad day may carry hidden lessons.

A bad decision may come from pain,from fear,from not knowing another way.

Even bad feelings—anger, grief, regret—have something to say.

I have learned that calling something bad does not make it disappear.

It only asks us to look deeper.

Not everything bad is meant to stay.

But sometimes it is meant to be understood.
