They call it showers.

As if it is gentle. As if it comes softly and leaves without trace.

But not all rain is kind.

Some arrives heavy—relentless—carving into the earth until even the ground cannot hold itself together.

Roads break.Edges collapse.Paths we once trusted disappear overnight.

And suddenly what was familiar becomes uncertain.

A simple journey no longer simple.

We think of showers as passing things—temporary.

But sometimes they change the landscape.

Not just outside—but within.

Because we, too,have known storms that reshaped us.

Places where something gave way. Where stability cracked. Where we had to find another way forward.

And still—we do.

Carefully. Slowly. Step by step over uneven ground.

Because even after the heaviest rain—

we learn how to walk again .
