What animals make the best/worst pets?

For me,the best companions have always had a heartbeat I could feel.

Dogs.

Loyal, loving,always there—meeting you at the door like you are the best part of their world.

Cats.

Independent, yet deeply connected in their own quiet way.

They choose you—and somehow that makes it even more special.

And horses…

There is something almost sacred about them.

Their presence,their sensitivity,the way they feel energy without a single word spoken.

They don’t just connect—they understand.

These are the animals that have given me comfort,companionship,and moments of pure, quiet joy.

And then…

there are snakes.

No matter how much I try to understand, they are simply not for me.

Some fears don’t need explaining—they just exist.

And that’s okay too.

Because just like people,we are all drawn to different energies.

And I’ll always choose the ones that feel like home.
