Not every storm needs a response.

I have learned that not every tirade deserves my voice,not every noise needs my energy.

There were times I would rise to it—explain, defend,try to be understood.

But not anymore.

Some things are meant to pass without my participation.

To be thwarted not by force—but by stillness.

By choosing not to engage with what does not align with my peace.

And in that choice,something shifts.

I come back to trust.

Not the kind that depends on others—but the quiet, rooted kind that lives within me.

The kind that knows I don’t need to prove my truth for it to be real.

So I stand here—steady ,soft, unmoved by noise that no longer belongs to me.

And that…is where my power lives 💜
