Potential

Such a quiet word, yet it carries an entire future inside it.

Potential is possibility waiting patiently.

A seed beneath the soil before the first green shoot appears.
A song not yet written.
A dream still forming somewhere in the heart.

When we are young, people talk a lot about potential.

They see it in talent, in curiosity, in the spark of something that might one day grow into greatness.

But potential does not disappear with time.

It changes shape.

Sometimes it hides beneath responsibilities.
Sometimes it sleeps through difficult seasons.
Sometimes life takes us down roads we never planned.

Yet somewhere inside us, the potential remains.

Not just to achieve.

But to become.

To learn.
To heal.
To create something meaningful from everything we have lived through.

Potential is not about perfection.

It is about possibility.

And as long as we wake up each day with breath in our lungs and hope in our hearts, the story of our potential is still being written.
