Distribute

To distribute means to give out,
to share,
to spread something so others may receive it.

Sometimes it is simple—
handing out papers,
sharing food,
dividing resources.

But distribution can also be invisible.

Kindness distributed through small gestures.
Knowledge distributed through teaching.
Hope distributed through words.

What we send out
moves further than we often realise.

A smile travels.
An idea multiplies.
Compassion spreads quietly
from one person to another.

Distribution isn’t always about quantity.
Sometimes it is about intention.

What we choose to distribute
shapes the environment around us.

So perhaps the real question is not
what we receive—
but what we decide
to send into the world.
