In Between Eclipses
Life does not only happen during the shadow.
We remember the drama of eclipses —
the sudden dimming,
the gasp in the sky,
the feeling that something has shifted forever.
But most of life
is lived in between.
In the ordinary light.
In the steady days where nothing spectacular falls apart
and nothing miraculous descends.
In between eclipses
is where integration lives.
This is where we sit with what was revealed.
Where the truth we saw in shadow
must be carried into daylight.
Eclipses expose.
But the in-between transforms.
It is here that quiet courage is required.
No cosmic spectacle.
No celestial warning.
Just the daily choice
to walk differently
because you now know more.
In between eclipses,
we rebuild our rhythm.
We tend the small things.
We water what survived the dark.
The sky does not stay dramatic forever.
And maybe that is mercy.
Because growth
is rarely the moment of shadow passing —
it is the long, patient light
that follows.
