Mosaic

A mosaic is made of fragments.

Broken tile.
Shards of colour.
Pieces that once belonged
to something whole.

Alone, they look unfinished.
Jagged.
Misplaced.

But placed with care—
they form pattern.
Meaning.
Story.

I have learned
that a life can be mosaic.

Not seamless.
Not smooth.
But intentional.

Grief beside joy.
Strength beside fracture.
Dark beside gold.

What once felt shattered
can become design.

The beauty is not
in pretending nothing broke—
but in choosing
how the pieces
are arranged.
