I would sit beside her.

Not lecture her.
Not correct her.
Just sit.

I would tell her:

You are not too much.
You are not too sensitive.
You are not dramatic.
You are intuitive.

The things you feel?
They are real.

When something feels wrong — it is.
When something feels beautiful — trust that too.

I would tell her that love is not something you have to earn by shrinking yourself.
You do not need to bleed to prove loyalty.
You do not need to stay where you are not safe.

I would tell her that her anger is sacred.
That her voice matters.
That writing will save her more than once.

I would whisper:

One day you will live by the sea.
One day you will build something from your pain.
One day you will stand taller than what tried to break you.

And most importantly —

You survive.
You rebuild.
You rise.

You are not broken.
You are becoming.
