Premium
Premium is what costs more.
It promises better,
faster,
exclusive.
But not everything valuable
wears a higher price.
Some of the most premium things in life
arrive unadvertised—
a steady heartbeat,
a clear morning,
a friend who stays.
There is a cost to endurance.
There is a cost to honesty.
There is a cost to healing.
But there is also a reward
that cannot be packaged.
I have learned
that what is rare
is not always what is expensive.
Sometimes the true premium
is simply
what lasts.
