Ground
She stood alone where the wildfire hadn’t reached, the charred earth beneath her feet whispering truth she had almost forgotten.
The world tried to convince her that her deepest wounds meant she had no place to stand, that her roots were ashes and her voice was dust.
But every time the ground cracked, she planted her intentions deep into the fissures like seeds no flame could destroy.
And with each sunrise, the scorched earth around her shimmered with stubborn green — proof that the fiercest growth didn’t come from safety, but from fire and survival.
She didn’t need the world’s approval to belong; she only needed her own fierce heart and feet planted firm.
At last, she claimed ground — not where she was unbroken, but where she chose to rise anyway.
