Today is for saying “sweetheart”
without irony.

For extra sugar in the tea,
in the words,
in the way we look at the people
who stayed.

Not grand gestures.
Not dramatic roses (though they’re welcome).
Just the quiet kind of special
that shows up daily:

The coffee made.
The message sent.
The hand squeezed in passing.

Because love isn’t only fireworks —
it’s refilling the kettle,
sharing the blanket,
and choosing each other
again and again.

And yes…
you can have dessert first today 🍰💕
