This week my question is;
https://wp.me/paf3ao-mGT
Are you proud to be the citizen of your country? How do you feel about your country? Do you think that things are getting worse where you live or getting better?
Please share your thoughts in the comments section or you can write your own post and link it to this one so that I can find it.

I’m generally proud to live in Spain, and especially in the Canary Islands. The people are warm, welcoming, and community-minded. There’s a generosity of spirit here that I value deeply.
One of the things I appreciate most is the healthcare system. It’s excellent, and it tends to see the whole person, not just the symptoms. There’s a more holistic approach — body, mind, and circumstance — which makes a real difference.
That said, no place is without its shadows. There is still ignorance, and at times outdated views — particularly toward women. In some situations, I’ve experienced being treated as secondary, or not fully acknowledged unless my husband is present. It’s frustrating, and it reminds me that progress is uneven.
Overall, I feel grateful to live here, while also staying aware. Pride doesn’t mean blindness — it means caring enough to see both what works and what still needs to change.
