Today’s word is “choice.”

Choice
is the quiet power
that never asks for permission.

It doesn’t always arrive dramatically.
Sometimes it whispers—
stay or step forward,
hold on or let go,
silence or truth.

Choice lives in the small moments:
what you believe when no one corrects you,
what you protect when it would be easier
to look away.

Not every choice feels free.
Some are shaped by love,
by responsibility,
by circumstances we didn’t choose ourselves.

Still—
even there,
something remains yours.

The way you respond.
The way you carry it.
The way you decide
who you will be
inside the moment.

Choice is not about certainty.
It is about integrity.

And every day,
whether we notice or not,
we choose again.
