Test

A test is not always a question with answers.
Sometimes it is waiting.
Sometimes it is uncertainty
wrapped in white rooms and careful words.

I have been tested by time,
by pain,
by bodies that refuse simple explanations.

Not every test measures strength the same way.
Some ask how long you can endure.
Others ask how gently you can hold yourself
while you wait.

I am still here.
If that is not a result,
I don’t know what is.
