Holy

Holy
is not reserved for temples
or perfect words.

It lives in pauses.
In breath held gently.
In moments when something ordinary
is treated with care.

Holy is the way light
rests on a floor at dawn.
The way grief is carried
without spectacle.
The way love stays
when it would be easier to leave.

Holy is not loud.
It doesn’t demand belief.
It asks only attention.

You find it
when you stop rushing meaning
and let presence be enough.

And sometimes,
the holiest thing you can do
is notice.
