Fandango’s One-Word Challenge (aka, FOWC)

Today’s word is “serpentine.”

Serpentine

Serpentine is movement without corners.
A path that refuses straight lines
and chooses grace instead.

It curves.
It loops.
It returns without repeating.

Like riding an eight,
an infinity drawn by motion,
where the journey matters
more than the destination.

Serpentine is the river
that teaches patience to stone.
The road that climbs
because it knows
direct is not always wise.

Life moves this way too—
not forward, not back,
but through.
Winding, circling,
learning as it goes.

What looks like delay
is often design.
What looks like wandering
is memory unfolding.

Serpentine reminds us:
some paths must bend
to stay whole.

      Thank you Fandango 😊💜.
I used the riding anthology since my daughters were dressage riders and serpentine is a word that is used 😊
