Where can you reduce clutter in your life?
#DailyPrompt-1819

Clutter doesn’t only live in drawers and cupboards.
For me, the biggest place I can reduce clutter is in my mind.
Too many thoughts.
Too many worries about the future.
Too many tabs open — emotionally and mentally.
Another place?
Digital spaces.
Unfollowing accounts that drain instead of inspire.
Stepping back from comment sections that add noise instead of truth.
Choosing quality over quantity — both online and offline.
I could also reduce clutter by saying no more often.
No to guilt.
No to unrealistic expectations.
No to carrying things that were never mine to hold in the first place.
And maybe the most important one:
reducing clutter in how I speak to myself.
Less self-criticism.
Less pressure.
More compassion.
More room to breathe.
Clutter isn’t always about having too much stuff.
Sometimes it’s about holding on to what no longer serves the season you’re in.
And letting go…
can be an act of care.
