Fibbing Friday – My Answers:
1. What’s the difference between a bow and a curtsey?
A bow is what you do when you meet a fancy cat. A curtsey is what you do when you drop something and pretend you meant to.
2. What’s the difference between a bison and a basin?
A bison is a large, stubborn cow who refuses to reply to emails. A basin is where you wash your hands after touching the bison.
3. What’s the difference between a pocket and a pouch?
A pocket is a tiny home for forgotten tissues. A pouch is a pocket that went to the gym and learned confidence.
4. How do you poach an egg?
You sneak into the kitchen at midnight wearing sunglasses, whisper “this is a heist,” and gently kidnap the egg from its shell.
5. What is smog?
Smog is when fog gets stressed, gives up, and starts smoking.
6. What is triage?
Triage is when three people try to give you advice at the same time, and you just nod and slowly back away.
7. What is a tripod?
A tripod is a three-legged camera spider that stands perfectly still until you need it to, then collapses dramatically.
8. How many legs does an octogenarian have?
Eight. Obviously. That’s why they walk so confidently — they’ve got backups.
9. What is a buzz cut?
A buzz cut is when your hair gets tired of drama and says, “Nope,” and leaves the group chat.
10. What’s the difference between a baggie and a bagel?
A baggie holds snacks. A bagel is the snack… and also a delicious edible bracelet if you’re feeling fashionable.
