Nature

Nature doesn’t hurry me.
It never asks why I’m tired
or what I failed to finish.
It simply is.
The wind over the hills knows my name.
The goats chew slowly, unconcerned with clocks.
After the storm, green returns—
quietly, without announcement.
Nature teaches me that healing
is not loud.
It doesn’t perform.
It leaks through cracks,
pushes through stone,
waits for the right moment
and then grows anyway.
When life feels heavy,
I borrow nature’s patience.
I stand still long enough
to remember that I belong here too.
Not separate.
Not behind.
Just part of the living world,
still becoming.
