To the woman I am becoming —

If this message has reached you,
it means time has carried you forward
in ways I can only imagine from here.

I hope when you open this bottle,
you are somewhere peaceful —
somewhere that feels like home
in your body,
your spirit,
your story.

There are a few things
I want to tell you,
from this chapter of becoming.

First —
I hope you stayed gentle with yourself.
Through the storms,
through the healing,
through the edges of grief
that stretched you wider than you thought possible.

I hope you learned how to rest
without guilt.
I hope you stopped measuring your worth
by productivity,
and remembered that simply being
was always enough.

I hope you kept following the whispers
— the signs, the symbols, the stars and planets, the knowing —
even when logic tried to silence them.
Those were your compass.
I hope you never let them dim.

I hope you still speak to your guides —
in candlelight,
in quiet car rides,
in dreams that feel more like conversation
than imagination.

I hope you look back and see
how every painful chapter
brought you closer to yourself —
how each loss carved space
for something wiser,
softer,
and more true.

I hope you are proud
of how you carried love
even when it hurt, how you kept believing
in justice
when others tried to silence truth.

I hope you remember
that the ones you lost
never really left —
they only changed address.

I hope you continued to create —
to write lyrics and music,to write in general,
to sing,
to let your heart speak
in whatever form felt true.

Because creativity was never decoration —
it was medicine.

You found your voice
in the darkest moments,
and I hope you never forgot
that it was born from courage,
not certainty.

I hope you forgave yourself
for the days you couldn’t do much
and celebrated the days you bloomed.

I hope you kept honoring your body —
not for what it could produce,
but simply for carrying you
through a life that demanded
so much tenderness.

I hope you are still surrounded
by love that feels like truth —
love that sees you,
supports you,
and meets you where you are.

And if you are ever unsure,
ever afraid,
ever lonely —

look within.
The fire is still there.
The Phoenix never left.

Carry this knowing forward:

> You did not walk your path alone.
Love walked with you
— in form and beyond it.

You did the best you could
with what you had.
And that was always enough.

So keep going —
with trust,
with softness,
with your eyes open
to the signs that still appear
in feathers,
in numbers,
in dreams,

in stars and charts

The ocean is still breathing with you.
The story is still unfolding.

Live it fully.
Live it honestly.
Live it with a heart
that remembers
where it came from.

With love,
— Your past self
