Honestly… no.
I don’t want to re-live the past.
It’s behind me — full of lessons, yes, but also things I’ve already carried, survived, and released.

I don’t long for the future either.
There’s no guarantee there, and racing toward it only pulls me away from the moment I’m actually living in.

I want to focus on the here and now —
the breath in my chest,
the people I love,
the tiny moments that make up a life.

I once read a quote that stayed with me:

> “If you live in the past, it’s depression.
If you live in the future, it’s anxiety.”



The only place where life truly happens
is right here, right now.
