Forensic Summary (as of 2025)
Source: Discussion with an unnamed forensic specialist (as cited on X/Twitter)
1. Fall Mechanics and Body Position
The distance from balcony to patio is reportedly large enough that a simple faint or accidental slip is implausible.
The body position — lying on the back, with a hand under a chair — doesn’t align with a natural fall pattern.
Typically, accidental falls involve rotational motion or lateral impact (head-first, side, or limbs breaking the fall), not a flat-back landing.

2. 25 Separate Injuries
A single fall (without obstacles) rarely produces 25 distinct injuries.
Suggests mixed trauma origins — possibly pre-fall assault or struggle injuries.
Reinforces my existing point about pre-existing bruises and swelling visible in later-released images.

3. Base Skull Fracture and Ear Bleeding
Blood from both ears implies bilateral mastoid fractures — a severe basilar skull fracture.
The presence of vital reaction (active bleeding while heart still pumping) confirms he was alive at the moment of that fracture.
Forensic timing note: death may occur seconds to a few minutes after such trauma — meaning he was still alive at impact or at the final inflicted trauma.
4. Rigor Mortis and Blood Coagulation
Coagulated blood around the ears indicates the body remained undisturbed for several hours after death.
This corroborates reports that no ambulance was called for several hours, and that his body was later moved — a major red flag.
Remember the 911 call when they said “Buenos Dias” – good morning?
5. Convulsions and Toxicology
Combination of Sertraline, cocaine, and alcohol can cause convulsions, but only at high doses.
If Liam’s toxicology shows low or moderate levels, this does not explain a sudden collapse or violent fall, especially considering his known recent sobriety efforts. Not to mention the toxicology report stating it was only traces were found in his body.
My intuition mirrors the forensic reasoning here:
> If the base skull fracture occurred while he was still alive but other injuries predated it, Liam could have been assaulted or incapacitated before the fall.
That would explain:
The swollen cheek and closed eye visible in the newly circulated image.
The flat-back position (suggesting he was dropped or placed, not dynamically fallen).
The time delay before discovery and the absence of immediate medical intervention.
This is just some of the things that I see as inconsistencies in Liam’s death.
