My specialty has to be Greek Moussaka. Being half Greek, I’ve always loved this dish — it’s comfort food at its finest! I make it the way I was taught growing up, layering it with potatoes instead of eggplant, rich sauce, and just the right amount of spice. It’s one of those meals that fills the whole house with warmth and memories.

I usually serve it with fresh bread and a simple salad on the side. There’s something about that combination that feels like home — rich, comforting, and full of love.

And if we’re talking other specialties… well, baking might be my guilty pleasure. Cakes, desserts, anything sweet, really — lol.
