When the new CasaSur photos surfaced exactly one year after Liam’s passing, they were presented as harmless “previously unseen CCTV stills.”
But anyone who has followed this case from the beginning could see it immediately: these pictures don’t clarify anything — they deepen the confusion.

1. The Timing of Their Release

These stills were captured between 15:48 and 16:28 on 16 October 2024, less than an hour before Liam was found.
Yet for an entire year, we were told the hotel’s cameras had failed during that critical hour.
If the cameras were “offline,” how are there now clear images?
And why choose the anniversary of his death — a day of mourning — to suddenly release them?

2. Missing Context

In the so-called lobby photo, only one person appears, though a wedding reception was happening in the hotel at the same time.
No guests. No staff. No reflections of movement in the glass.
Where are the other angles — the lifts, the hallways, the doorways?
Silence sits heavier than any explanation.

3. The “Notebook” Detail

The image shows Liam lying calmly with an intact laptop.
Yet Brett Watson testified that Liam “smashed his laptop in the lobby earlier that day.”
Both cannot be true.
Either the time of the incident is wrong, or that testimony is.

“The Brown Bag”

4. The Balcony and the Brown Bag

Photographs taken later show a brown bag suddenly appearing on the balcony below.
Geoff Payne has stated that when he stood on that same balcony shortly after his son’s death, the bag wasn’t there.
Two days later — it was.
Evidence does not re-arrange itself.

5. Departures and Silence

Kate Cassidy left Argentina on 12–13 October, not the 14th.
Upon landing in Florida, she phoned Gonzalo Avendaño, not Liam’s father.
Geoff Payne and Liam’s former bodyguard only arrived in Buenos Aires on 18 October, when the scene had already changed.
Who controlled communication in those missing 48 hours?

6. The Network Around Him

Bret Watson, whose account of the “fall” has changed more than once, held his wedding at Gonzalo’s ranch just weeks earlier.
His wife has worked for Roger Nores’s company since 2023.
So the primary witness, the host, and the caretaker were already connected — long before the tragedy.

7. Why These Questions Matter

Every new release should bring light.
Instead, each photograph opens another shadowed corner.
Truth can survive scrutiny; only lies need careful timing.

The Argentine investigation and the upcoming UK inquest must demand every frame, every metadata file, every seized device — without filters, without edits, without delay.
Liam deserved transparency in life; he still deserves it in truth.
