Favourite Lyrics — “Teardrops” (2024)

I chose “Teardrops” — not only because it was Liam’s last single, but because it carries his truth so raw, so unguarded.
In these words, you can feel his soul — the way he wrestled with love, regret, and the hope to heal what was broken.

> “Don’t know how to love you when I am broken too…”

It’s one of the most heartbreaking lines ever written, because it’s so human. So real.

I believe Teardrops was the song where Liam finally became the artist he always wanted to be — honest, soulful, and free from the limits placed on him after LP1.
So many of us were waiting for LP2. He spoke about it with such pride and excitement — his voice lit up every time he mentioned it. 💜

Maybe one day, his family will choose to release the music he left behind. But they don’t owe us that. They owe nothing to anyone except themselves and their grief.
All we can do is keep his music alive, keep his message alive, and keep loving him — the beautiful, broken, brilliant soul who gave so much of himself to the world.

🦉 “Teardrops are falling, down your face again, ‘cause I don’t know how to love you when I am broken too.”

Forever proud of you, Liam. 🌌💫
