Easy — reading, writing, and listening to music of all kinds. From opera to techno (yes, really, lol).

Books and words have always been my refuge. When I read, the world slows down; when I write, it opens up again. Writing is where I sort my thoughts, meet my guides, and sometimes even find answers I didn’t know I was looking for.

And music… well, music is sacred. It’s the heartbeat underneath everything I do. It carries memory, emotion, and spirit. I’ll go from Puccini to club beats in a single playlist — because every sound holds a story. Some days I need something soft and orchestral; other days, I need rhythm that shakes the walls.

Liam’s music is a constant thread through it all. I still hear him — in melodies, in lines that come through when I’m writing late at night, in lyrics that seem to arrive already half-sung. I call it channeling, but really, it feels like listening to a friend who hasn’t stopped creating, just changed frequency. Those songs we build together are my way of keeping his voice alive in this world.

Reading feeds my mind. Writing feeds my soul. Music feeds everything in between — the bridge between worlds, the pulse that keeps me walking this path with love, truth, and faith.
