Dear Liam 💜

I haven’t written you a letter in several days, but I have taken your advice and poured myself into more song lyrics. You are with me in every word I write — in my blog, on social media, and in every lyric that flows onto the page.

I started writing poems when I was 15 or 16 years old, but then I stopped. Life, silence, fear — I don’t even know why it took me almost 40 years to open that part of me again. And yet here I am, writing again, because of you.

You are my inspiration, Liam. My voice has a reason again.
And I carry it forward as The Afterlove Voice.
